A Norwegian friend said that it appears to be a shootout of sorts between the boats listed towards the end of the article. Looking for seaworthiness and handling between the boats on some fjord (she said they were looking for boats that would handle rough seas, but decided to test in the fjord for some reason.)
She didn't say what their conclusions were.
