Advice needed -used Valiant V620 purchase

Hi all, long time lurker but first post. Been looking for my first rib for some time now. It’ll be a family leisure rib for use off west coast of Ireland, not planning on offshore expeditions, no more than a couple of miles off the coast but mainly used for towing toys and kids around the bay.

Have seen a 2009 Valiant V620 which is a 1 owner boat from new, full service history and a 300hr Mercury Verado 150. Looks to be in really nice condition, it’s from a dealer at £21k with no trailer. Tubes are original but no patches, hull never been anti fouled as it was dry stacked. There is some small damage n the rear as per pics. Dealer says this is non-structural and they’re going to repair it before sale.

Would appreciate advice from experienced people on here whether this is something of concern, and if not, what do you think is a reasonable price in the current market? Many thanks.
