Aditional speaker for VHF radio

I'm looking at adding a speaker to the my radio (icom m421).

My last boat had a waterproof cone type speaker on the a frame which worked very well during motion.

I can't seem to locate anything similar.

Any ideas ?

If at first you don't succeed............pack the f*#cker in !!!

I must admit like you I had an extension speaker on my last radio a Navman 7100. I now have an Icom 421 and find the speaker on that more than adequate therefore I won't be bothering this time.
