2010 Mariner 60HP EFI (4) through the winter

Hi , I guess you all get bored with the same question and surely the previous owner will hopefully respond as well.... So had it with success at KB drystack and its in a well isolated garage over the winter and want to prep it so its ready for April again.... Ofcourse I read all the advise re winterising and will certainly take all petrol out but can you please advise on what really needs doing ...
1) Flush (sure and done that)
2) Take fuel hose of an run it dry but what then to get rid of petrol on my engine ? ie for a Mariner 60HP EFI
3) Gearbox oil ? Really ? Can do this with next service in April
4) Fogging... So in all 4 sparks and turn the flywheel ? Is that correct ?

Any views would be usefull.....

Its also interesting that when I took the engine coil of that one of the sparkplug leads was off so need to replace Ignition Coil and lead...
I was wondering why it only did 22 knots with a 4.7mtr Avon.... Bet it will fly when that is fixed... Also bought a Stingray Hydro to get the bow down a bit and get quicker on the plane !

Txs Huib

Put some quickstor in the fuel tank first. Run engine for 10 min ish with fresh water. Dont run it out of fuel as the fuel pump runs in the fuel to keep cool, that's about all you need to do. i would change the gear oil, as the gears sit in all that old oil for 5 months. Also if you have any water in the gearbox its going to knacker your gearbox. You can put fogging oil in if you like but you dont have to on the four strokes.

Hey Thanks.... After reading and reading this seems the best advise what needs doing.... I also read that for an EFI its not good to use fogging oil....
I suspect once the petrol got Quickstor... you can run it say once a month to refresh it a bit... Living in the South and its stored in a well isolated garage so not expecting low temps at all... txs for your advise ...
