175hp on a 5.8m tornado?

Hi I'm looking to put a 175hp yamaha 2stroke (early 2000s) on my tornado 5.8. Is this size just to much? It has a 140 on at the min and that sits perfectly. Will that extra 35hp and a few kilos create cracks etc? Not planning on using it in force 7 or anything serious. Thanks

We have got twin 90hp mercury 2 strokes on the back of our 6.5m tornado and its sits very low in the water at the rear. I am sure your transom is up to the power, but you may find your bum sits a bit low.
