New owner

Hi guys,

Proud new owner of a Ribcraft 4.8 and here to learn from you all. Few quick questions have got a raymarine chart plotter installed and the previous owner pointed to some electrical connectors hanging down from it which he said was to connect to engine for data. The engines a yam 75hp 2 stroke I was wondering if it’s a simple job id imagine from the ecu if the engine even has one. New to outboards but pretty competent with motorbike engines 2/4 stroke.

Cheers

Unfortunately you wont get any info to your plotter from a yam 2stroke easily. You can plug in a multi function tacho which will give you rpm hours trim & warning lights
