Hi Tamar Rich.
Welcome to ribnet. I also run a Honwave 3.5 ally floor but with a 20 hp Tohatsu stuck on the back.
Great site, lots of good advice and occasionally a bit of sarcasm ...

If you use the search function you'll avoid covering lots of things that have been done to death !

Yep welcome. I owned the same Honwave as you until early this year. It was one of the most stable SIBs I've used and great build for a bargain price.

What a great part of the world to own a Sib. Whereabouts are you in Cornwall? I visit every year and last year took my 3.8 sib to Pentewan sands. Great place to launch.

Hi and welcome. We are in Plymouth Yacht Haven Quay. Pop in some time for a coffee, by road or water.

Ah yes it's further down from where we stay - looks a great spot to venture out from. Takes me about 6 hours at best to get down to Pentewan from where we live, so to have all that on your doorstep must be great. Us landlocked boys can only dream of having the coast so near!!
