New from Teesside

Hello all, Joe, 25 from Teesside.
Bought a 3.1m Bombard rib the back end of summer last year, been reading, preparing and buying equipment since and currently hunting for a 10hp outboard.
Looking to explore and fish the Tees and the coast, hoping for maiden voyage within a couple weeks.

Would be good to find others with similar size/speed craft for fishing buddies especially at sea.

hello joe another smoggie here if you go on the fribs and sibs forum there's a guy fishes from Redcar beach in a frib ( his user name is stray) who usualy catches plenty . and there's a guy called Chris smith from north Tyne marine always advertising small outboards on Facebook give him a shout good luck with your search.

Yes I think I've read some of his posts, will have to register over there too.
I've been on the phone to him recently think he still has a Honda bf10 so might go up see that one.

Where do you go out from?

Hartlepool mate launch from the yacht club. oh and a few times a year on the west coast of Scotland . (roll on may)

On the upcoming cruises tab... Check out the Scottish Sib run 2018. A great place to learn and discover what your outfit can do in good company..... Not a lot of fishing, but several opportunities! Its a bit of a drag north from Stockton but there's people travelling much further.....

Would love to get up there at some point, went camping/fishing up there couple of years back and was the best fishing i've done.
