New boy

Hi,

I’m new to the site and new to RIBs in general.
I’ve just won an eBay purchase and now scared to death I’ve done the right thing. Obviously lots will say that’s a big mistake but after looking for months I just took the plunge.
I’ve read there are knowledgeable guys who may come to give it a once over when I buy it? For a fee I realise.
The boat is in Southampton and I’m in Yorkshire.

Any advice?

Good morning Richard, sounds like you’re going to have an exciting adventure. It reminds me the adventure I had when I bought my rib in Chertsey not really knowing what I was going to find but all turned out great six years later!! Hope you find your boat as good as you expect. Good luck, regards Peter.
