Mariner 90HP ELPTO advise please?

Newbie here. Came across your site while trying to find info on an old 90ELPTO 2 stroke Mariner outboard I have.
The data plate is missing but the serial number is stamped on a block plug as
0G347631
From one American site is says after 1989 serial number wasn't year indexed, so looks like mine is post 1989.
Also seems like Mariner changed or merged with Mercury around this time and also some association with Yamaha too, although from the info I looked at I don't think mine is a Yamaha made one.
I'm after a service manual for it, happy to purchase if available.
Engine still runs well so I'd like to look after it properly.
Any info on where I might get the correct one or how to identify year from serial number would be much appreciated.
I'm from the UK but based in New Zealand, enjoying browsing the site!
