Hi from Newgale in Pembrokeshire.
New to this forum and indeed to Boating in general.
Hope to pick up some tips/advice for enjoyable years with my new boat.

Hello and welcome to the forum. What is the outfit you’ve bought? I guess a beach launch at your location?

Welcome, I am new to boating too, but haven't yet purchased a boat. Keen to learn lots too.

Hi and welcome.
Pembrokeshire is one of my favourite places to go sibbing, especially the Cleddau and around Dale. I've never launched anywhere around St Brides Bay but it's on my to do list.

Do what I did, buy the boat first then learn about boating. Much more exciting.

Yes, thank you. I will do that, as it seems to be the quickest and best way forward!

Thanks for the welcome.
Indeed it is. 3m Rib with 20HP 4Stroke Mercury. Its on a road towable beach launch 'trolley'.
I am looking at getting some SeaMax Wheels put on to make things easier. That is going to be my first post I think, to see if they would be suitable.

Thankyou.
It is an amazing spot. Nolton Haven is great (in the correct surf conditions).

Looks like decent parking as well. Can you leave a trailer anywhere?

If you have a Ball Lock or a Wheel Clamp etc. You can leave it right at the top of the beach. Just watch the tide. If not there is a car park which is now free. Lots of places to leave a small trailer though.
