Greetings and inevitably questions

Afternoon/morning/evening all I hope this post finds you all corona virus free?
having previously been pottering around in a small quiksilver inflatable with a 2.5 hp 4 stroke mariner i've now upgraded to a T40 with a 20 hp honda 4 stroke on the back (which i think is a 2016 engine, no idea on the age of the rib) so i can keep up with my windsurfing daughter whilst out on the sea, the 2.5hp has been great and never missed a beat but as the daughter has got a lot better and inevitably a lot fasteri needed something quicker!
Just one main question really for starters... could anybody point me in the direction of a service manual for a Honda BF20D tiller version...i'm quite happy manning the spanners once i've got a guide book/pdf!
many thanks
The Crabbotherer

Welcome to the forum. Nice roomy and stable outfit you've bought.

The standard manual covers a routine service or did you want more?

https://www.honda.co.jp/ownersmanual...pe&model=BF20D

Or a hookey CD version of the repair manual...

Workshop manual

Hi Fenlander
thanks for the quick reply, what i need is data/instruction on cam pulley changing, i'm just trying to pre empt any of the known issues.
The manual that you linked me to does at least confirm that the motor is a 2016
cheers
