12' unihelm

Hi, just bought a new to me inflatable in belize. Worried about theft when I go down there. So far I've bought the sliding lock bar for motor and a alarm box with 15' cable that I plan on attaching to Palm tree or something solid. Anyone have any other tricks to secure boat? Thanks Ed

Wheel clamps never hurt, not sure how much you can pick them up for but they do a fairly decent job of deterring people who would try and hook your trailer up to their vehicle and drive off. Also might be worth investigating wether your local police (other authorities) have any identification scheme (usually in the form of an sticker that is hard to get off) might make it easier for them to identify it and return it to you if it ever (God forbid) does get nicked. Hope you have fun with your new purchase !!
