Legal requirements for using a small boat in Greece
Hi
What are the legal requirements if I want to bring my small boat (less than 7 m length) and use it in Greece? The boat comes in my car.
What I found so far is that you are supposed to have on the boat proof of ownership, insurance for damages to others and the environment, life vests, fire extinguisher, paddles.
No certification is needed for motors up to 30 HP, but then you are only allowed during day and clear weather, and not more than a few miles off the coast.
Are there any other requirements that you know of?
