Wow! Looks fantastic.

I wish I was close enough to make it viable.

I have thought of strapping Lunasea to a container ship from Sydney to Pireaus.... It might get cheaper to buy a rib in Europe.

Nice pictures Jeff! We have always fancied a trip to the Greek islands so any info about fuel/ferry costs and routes used would be handy. My boat doesn't need a trailer but I'm likely to be towing a caravan so any tips about towing experiences on and off ferries would be handy. That ferry looks fine but I gather some inter-island ones are smaller!

Are you able to find a secure place for the boat overnight? I can't be bothered with packing up my sib every single day.

Yes ,,, though typically Greek, they are not entirely sure how it will be enforced or when.
It applies only over 7m (so as the owner of a poverty model I am exempt) You have always needed a Greek translation of your insurance certificate and these are provided foc by your insurer. I also have a mock up in Greek of the ICC ,, again free from the RYA website just in case. The beauty of quiet places like Paxos is that no one cares or bothers you. No mooring fees, launching costs or harbour dues. This was the first year in 8 where the local port police/coastguard came alongside as we surfaced from a dive. Just asked if we were qualified divers and reminding me that fishing and diving on anti Paxos was not allowed. I confirmed yes and we knew and off they went. Being polite always helps ,,, and no need to draw their pistols !!

Ah right, sounds fairly relaxed then. I've always found a cheery smile and politeness helps gloss over any cracks in places like Greece!

Hi Jeff, Love to see the spreadsheet…..wouldnt it be cheeper to leave the rib in Corfu and fly easy jet.
For me Conwy Marina Fees = Park and launch with mooring in Corfu + 5 return flights with Easy Jet, both the same price…….

Plenty of our friends in Paxos have offered to 'look after' her over winter
