Transom wheel brackets all soxed up

After use I always deflate and fold the boat. I'm always worried that the transom wheel brackets will rub/puncture the fabric. Wrap them in a towel or similar and the additional bulk makes the boat difficult to get back into the carry case. However, a couple of pairs of socks over each bracket does the job great.

Cheers

You could also take a tennis ball and cut a circle in it. Nice and rounded for load/edge dispersion.
