Transom repair to Seamaster (Zodiac)

I have a Yamaha Seamaster 320 dinghy(2 years old) which I believe is manufactured byZodiac The wooden painted transom is separating from the tubes. The joint seems to be rubber(neoprene ?) to painted wood. What is the correct adhesive to use. The boat only came with pvc to pvc adhesive which has not worked

regards

glue

its soulds like you boat is a lower end pvc and it takes a glue for pvc if its hypalone it take just that a glue for that fabric each calls for there type of glue or the repair will not hold transom repaires are the hard ones to make hold

Zodiac Universal Glue should work. Make sure you prep the fabric correctly. Wouldn't hurt to prep the wood as well.

You do want to make sure that any wood that has been exposed is sealed up, or you'll develop a rot problem down the road.
