Transom name sticker

Not sure what others do but I always like my SIBs to have their name on the transom. Might help ID it if washed up somewhere (!!) and is a name to put against payment of pontoon/slip fees etc.

I put the name on the inside of the transom as it's usually easier to see.

Just had brilliant service from these guys...

https://www.vinylletteringonline.co....FdQ_GwodcVYLTA

... where you design the sticker online and it calculates the price etc. I ordered one day and received the next. The letters have strong adhesive and are on "front backing sheet" that keeps them aligned for a perfect result.

No sniggering about the name again Willk... we've been round that loop!

Yes you are right he is a bit fierce!! I'm up next Friday for two and half weeks so hopefully bump into you. Remember if you see a yellow hulled RC with black tubes give me a shout. B

Neat result Adam... GoPro and nice quality ropes too eh!

I remember from my Honwave their transoms are ideal for the adhesive with that GRP type smooth finish. The Aerotec black transom is a little textured so I sanded the sticker area with 2000 grade first to make it really smooth.

We haven't got round to finalising a name for ours and hadn't thought of putting a name on for some reason. Though I like Sybil, it's not been settled yet as I'm sure it's been done before.
