Transom Glue Failure. What should I do?

I took this pic last fall before rolling up the boat for the winter.
Its my 2001 Futura Mark 3, which is in excellent condition.
I'm wondering what to do.
Should I run it for another season as is? I'm worried about water getting in there and causing more damage.
It doesn't stay in the water for long periods of time. It gets trailered to the lake for one day outings.

You can see its starting to do the same on the port side.

The attachment to the tubes was failing slightly at the top only, last year, so I had a local RIB repair specialist re-glue them. He put new pac mans on top and said they will last for many years. Everywhere else the glue is holding nicely.
The boat is in excellent shape and doesn't get a lot of use, and no abuse.

If you don't mind me asking, who did you get to do your repairs?
