Trailer SIB and launching

Those of you with a ~4m SIB on a bunk trailer, can you launch it in shallow water without floating off? I.e. is it easy enough to slide off the bunks and same on retrieve?

I'm thinking a hand launch with a sand skipper wheel here so the trailer nose can be lifted up.

I was set on a 4m RIB but may consider a SIB if it's got a 30hp as that'll be enough to tow the kids on a ring.

Thanks

Honwave T40 Suzuki 25hp I can launch and recover by myself but it does help sometimes to have an extra hand
