I am considering Lake Annecy for my spring break 2013, what is the protocol on moaring on the lake, do you have to purchase a boay, or can you simply anchor up over night ?

Steve, dont know about the rest of the lake but you can buy a buoy at some of the campsites if you are staying there.

As our site is right on the lake we take them out every night and put them by our caravans
