Suzumar air fitting

The air fitting for my suzumar 290 that connets my pump to the boat has had the lugs snap off. Does anyone know where I can purchase a new one?

I really need an air fitting like that for my suzumar....

here in Malta I cant find any and most british websites do not ship overseas, can somebody help me? maybe you buy it for me/ship it and i pay the postage costs to malta by paypal??
