Small Seat Mod

The 'bench' seats on my 3.2 m sib tender never ever fitted very well and would pop out, They were a little too long in my view. I put up with this longer than I should but now did this little mod.

Just remove the plastic seat retainer from the seat, Plane a chamfer on the corner of the seat and move the seat retainer in a little (obviously you do this on both ends of the seat). See pics below showing before and after. All I have to do now is do the other one and paint the planed surface.

Sometimes we tend to put up with things that are easily fixed. Why do we do that

All finished now and they fit a treat. 10 times better than before
