SIB cover
My Mate keeps his 3.4 Zodiac FR under a tarp, but the boat full of water when he lifted the tarp this morning.
So he's in the market for a decent cover, has anyone got any recomendations?

Cheapest option, Leave the bung out? UV still prevented, water drains out?
