Hi

The Galloway Sailing Centre do powerboat courses using a Maxon Rib. It might be worth giving them a call. Here is their website:

maxon SIB

I have a Maxon 2.6 i think - use as tender - one with solid floor in 3/4 pieces wee red spray bit at front ?? - inflatable Keel ?

Have used it for 4 years - had from a 25 - 2 HP on it - has had the complete crap kicked out of it - and it is still a grand wee boat.

Quite hardy and gets taken out the water once a year for a re-vamp -

Had no problems - would buy another.
