lake powell adventure

My Futura is beat up and old. The transom and most of the floor seams have been reglued. I had to patch some leaks in my speed tubes and seal some floor edge before I went, but the Zodiac made the run all the way up to the San Juan Arm of Lake Powell and back to Page AZ in one piece. Sweet! This is why I bought my sib.

On top of that I foiled behind the inflatable! It was a little weird compared to riding with a wakeboard tower and a direct drive boat. However, it was sooo much fun watching the cliffs roll around when I inverted. I rode every day.

This boat has taken me some fantastic places, but I hit some nasty chop in the narrow channels with vertical walls and lots of traffic near the Marina. Made me think about a rib. I feel disloyal to my boat.

It looks like that little guy has done everything you've asked him and more!
