Jet inflatable, flat hulled SIB recommendations

Looking to replace my Pioner 11 which I use as a jet boat with an inflatable.
Popular in Alaska and Canada but difficult to source here in Scotland, this is the kind of hull they use -

If I can't get one of these specific jet inflatable I'd be looking for the most suitable alternative, as flat a hull as possible, length around 3.9-4.3m. Ideally a reinforced hull but can always fit more rubber on the underside

It makes me wonder if you found a li-lo bottom Excel Voltaire then the raised outer sections could be fashioned from shaped closed cell foam glued down with PVC material.
