Hope you have found the issue but I had the same problem with my previous T38, after checking every corner of the boat I located a leak from the joint of the tube and floor, the boat was a week old at that time, I took some videos and here was one of them

Welcome to the forum Billy and thanks for joining to share that Honwave T38 problem. I see you were refunded then moved to a T40 and are happy with it which is some compensation. We had a T35 and found it well made, rugged and stable.

Thanks David, yes after returning 2 T38 boats, I went for the T40 which is absolutely amazing, the build quality is spotless and I had so much fun with it.
