First time out in Spain with my Elling KB350 Trimiran

Took my Elling KB 350 out on the river yesterday with Elaine my wife for the first time since I got back to Spain for about 3 hours.

This is the first real test since buying the boat as because of the lock down and I have only been on the river weaver twice and that is only 5mph so not realy a good test.
The outboard has now done its 10 hours so is run in and pleased with how it is performing, the river was a bit choppy but the boat performed well with 2 persons in it, I was very pleased with how stable it is is when standing up makes a good fishing platform and how smooth the ride considering the river being choppy.
Below is a few photos of the boat in all it glory with Bimini top and the Borika mounts with 2 rod holders, fish finder and 4 cleats there is an emergency rope ladder I made for it just in case as I dont think I could get into the boat if I fell in the tubes being big.

You might want to get a drogue to slow your drifts when fishing as the Bimini will blow you along like a kite.

The Bimini top is for when I am on the river with my wife and family, where I am on the river Minho Spain it get hot.
The river itself is a quite a big river so I have a lot of boating to do so the Bimini will make it more enjoyable, when I do go out at sea along the coast line I will not have the Bimini top on same as if I am fishing the river on my own as it will also be in the way when fishing.
