F470 Broken Thrust Board

Just took my 470 out of storage only to find the thrust board broken in half, any suggestions? I see other models have a bow thrust board(trapezoid shaped bow board) where this boat only came with a glued in cross board, which is the norm or better. Can I retrofit to a bow board. Thanks Mike
