"Easy Motor Toter" or similar?

Hi there just wondering if anyone knows whether there's a modern equivalent of this, as they don't sell them anymore. I gather a sack truck like this can be converted

However, I don't have even the most basic of engineering skills to start adding wood and screws etc.

I cannot fathom how something like this is not in production in the UK. Surely there is a large demand for it.

Anyone with easier solutions?

Hi, I've not seen anything to buy which is similar. Perhaps it may be the push you need to pick up a screwdriver
