I'm thinking of buying this steeringconsole for my Bombard C4. I have to decide on the cable length before ordering. Questions:

- what is the preferred position of the steeringconsole ? front/back and on the side or in the middle ?
- any C4 owners with experience and what cable-length do you have ?

look on Ronhale marine web site bombard accessories they do the correct steering similar to the zodiac stuff.

The standard setup is a 9 ft cable, console midship, offset to starboard.
