I think the description writeup is incorrect. If you take a look at the 2nd picture, two inflation and one pressure relief valves can be seen on one tube.

Yes, you are right Steve, and if you zoom in you can see the second PRV just aft of the seat on the port side. That makes sense now.

Can you imagine the drag caused by the surface area of that floor?
