i was looking for a helmet and full face visor and found this site worth a look helmets £60 visors £21.
they do dry suits, flood suits these are £107 ideal for SIBS i would think if on a budget.
fuel bladders too but you have to enquire for price, by the way sea flex bladders as used by RNLI £300 7.5 gallon 1.5 m long as a comparison on the shelf from sea flex

We use the flood suits on the rib - a great alternative to a dry suit. Only use the bottom part in the main with a decent coat on top.
