As there have been a few threads on making floorboards for old Avon SIBs (and I have had a couple of PMs too), I thought it might help people to have a sketch of how the originals are made.
Bear in mind I sold my Avon S250 close to 6 months ago, so I am working from memory, and it is most definitely a sketch not a drawing. I have not included the required cutouts (for keel valve / transom drain plug) or details of the radii on the floorboard corners - there are a few threads on here, for example:
