Avon rover r3.11 keel

Hello all
Acquired an old hypalon Avon rover which I didn’t really need but decided it would be good to use as the tender to get out to the bigger boat we keep on a mooring, also have a honwave but couldn’t fit the wheels I had to the back so this makes more sense for getting out there, also it’s a bit scabby and can take a beating without the worry.
Anyway I’ve tidied up a fair bit and sorted the transom then had a look at the inflatable keel which is the issue, there were a few holes along the lower seam so I patched them only for more to appear. The seam has been glued with a strip that runs inside the length of the keel and it’s failing everywhere.
So I’m stuck with running a patch the length of it which may not work or trying to find a replacement, anyone know of any? Seen them for other Avon’s but it would cost more than the dingy itself, I’ve heard of the sealant you pour into the chamber anyone had success with this?
Thanks
