Aerotec 380 valves

Hi all,

Got my 380 today and have just finished inflating it for the first time. A couple of questions, is it normal for the valves to hiss a little until you screw the cover on? And the 2 bungs in the transom, does anyone else think they should screw in? They seem like they could pop out!
