achilles SIB

Hi Folks
Have an Achilles SD 124 Sib (3.75M) old but nice boat. Been using a mariner 8hp but is under powered. Max 14mph skipper only
Have the option of a sweet Honda BF15 , year mid 1990s four stroke .
Would it be powerful enough for 2 people ?
OR
Would a 20hp 2 stroke be better suited to the boat
Planning on leaving engine on stern on trailer all season.

Happy enough with 20mph speed with two people.
Opinions appreciated.
Thanks:
