Trailer Advice

Hi Ladies & Gentlemen , I have just bought a trailer for my 3.6 Mts boat ... Is it best practice to deflate the keel when transporting on a trailer or does it matter ?. I intend to keep the boat on the trailer so I'm also looking for a recommendation for a good waterproof cover ? Thanks for your time.
