Rapide Disc Braked trailer

Took my twin axle 11 month old trailer for its annual service at my local Rapide/Dixon Bate trailer service centre this morning.

Mid afternoon the phone rang, it was the servie centre to say that it needs 3 new discs, poss 4 calipers, 4 sets of pads etc etc. They said that this is not normal on a 1 year old trailer and luckily it should be covered by the warranty.
The trailer is never fully submersed only just the rear wheel if absolutely necessary. It is flushed out with fresh water every time etc etc. Hand brake never left on and it is used approx once every 6 to 8 weeks.

Has anyone else had any prblems with these trailers?
