Drum identification

Can anyone help me identify these make of drums? I want to get the torque setting for the nuts

Looking at the condition and age of the drums, it wouldn't surprise me if the wheel nuts have been over torqued in the past. That means stretched studs, so the original torque setting are a bit pointless.

40+ years ago when I was a 16 year old mechanic I'd just bought a new torque wrench & obviously wanted to use it. I fitted brake pads in my uncles car before a trip to Northumberland with his boat, part way up the A1 the car developed a noise from a front wheel. Upon checking we found the wheel nuts I'd meticulously torqued to the correct setting the previous day had come loose. I've probably overtightened every wheel nut & bolt since then but never had another wheel come loose in 40 years plus.

As above and check after 500 miles they never supplied a torque wrench with the spare wheel when we had them.
