There's an absolutely mint Disco2 70k td5 with towbar/leather one owner for £8k for sale in Par by the level crossing, also a 40k truck-cab SWB Def td5 with towbar and front winch, near as dammit mint too for £8k same place.
My money's gone elsewhere this month but someone's going to be happy.

Par in Cornwall??? sounds like just the beast im after might have a look tomorrow! My Td5 has been costing a few grand to run each year and is getting a bit long in the tooth!

Par 'twixt Fowey and St Austell. Level crossing where the feed shop is. Disco is worth putting in a museum and the Def is a peach. Both guaranteed and, if I may say, utterly stunning. As I'd said, both would be mine had it not been for diversions........and I love LandRovers.

The very ones, one has gained an owner and £1k, but that may have been in the heat of the moment. I swear the LR2 had one owner. Never mind.
Honest garage, good man and appears happy to stand by his stock.

Is Walter Baileys and that's Keith Pearce's garage ( St.Andrews Rd) they've only just started stocking a few LR's but have been there for 30 plus years.

Indeed it is. For the 30 years I've been visiting the vicinity I have never crossed that particular rail crossing, now I'm glad I did.
The owner did say that this was a newish venture and that he hunted out only mint low mileage LR's with full history.
Non commercial vehicles he is happy to give 6 months warranty to. He looks you in the eyes too.
Happy chap and I'd gladly do business with him.
