Can I buy this?

Does anyone know where i can buy some form of eye for
the safety chain to clip on to that bolts onto the car tow
bar with the hitch mounting nut and bolt?

I am thinking something like a washer with an additional eye
that extends down below the hitch plate.

Thanks

Paul

Doesn't even have to be stainless. Being on the car/truck, it will be easy to replace if needed.

That said, check a decent trailer website; the tie-down points for boat trailers should fit the bill (basically a bar bent at 45 degrees with a hole in each leg.) They'll probably be HDG steel.

Lucky for me there was a spare hole for the shackle .
Its also a great anchor point for roping the trailer down a slippery slipway .
