They appear to be new never used .
In storage somewhere?
I bought them at auction.

They did not have the floors when I got them and need some work.
The transoms are delaminated from the boat . The fabric is in excellent condition.

Manufacturers flat rate is around 12 hours to completely redo a transom in one of those.
