Nautica 28' Cat 2003 project $7500
I bought this boat to set up for passengers, but USCG certification is more daunting than expected. So this project will have to find another home. The hull is faded, but in great shape, hydraulic door with pump, console, radar arch....and that is it. Tubes are available for $10,000 to $15000 as I have been quoted new. Power and electronics are up to the new owner. The boat is in West Palm Beach, was purchased by PBC parks and rec then sat at a dock with almost no use for a couple of years. It was bought it out of the state auction and now here it sits. Some of the other potential uses are as a landing craft with the lowering bow door, but the most intriguing to me is a handicap accessible, stable, beachable vessel. The boat has huge potential and the price is right.
