The boat had no serial number visible. The boat came from California fish and game. Was bought by a boat shop owner. The boat shop closed gave it to his buddy. He went to the state they said he had to put a serial number on it and they give a registration. Wait 3 years for a title.

Do I need to take the sponson off to see it. If so it’s not happening. There was no visible serial number. It was inspected by the state before the new number was given.
