Or it will be if the Looney Liberals have their way!!! Of course China will be using about 500 million cars by then - but we MUST give ours up to save the planet.........

Doubtful, cars and transport as evil as it is generates to much tax to be got rid of quickly. Better we make people feel very guilty about using them then charge a wonderful "off-set your guilt" type thing.
