Nissan Patrol GR 3.0 03 onwards, Any good?

I have been looking for a 4x4 and keep on coming back to the Patrol 03 onwards with the 3 litre engine, the only thing is I cant find any high mileage examples for sale, Usually the sign many of them are reliable.
Anyone have any experience with them and/or things to look out for in them?

A couple of my customers run them. Seldom see them other than for servicing, which is usually a good sign. Should be fine for towing a RIB around.
