Mattys new project!!

well it has got a propellor or three!! has been stored outside for 10 years and basically nothing worked, well it all works now,Bristol docks here we come, maybe a bit of wavejumping,,

in the last few pics its now running well after cleaning out diesel tanks and re filling, making up a number new of hydraulic pipes and bleeding out, Shit loads of duck oil and grease and a very patient Mrs!! ah she loves it!!

oh yes sorry, its a General Dynamics M2 amphibious bridge thingy, basically you drive them into a river and make a bridge, simple.

tescos car park!! they will love it in there,by the way... i dont own it, the chap who does own it has lost interest so ive taken it on as a project to use whenever and also pocketmoney to get mechanically running!! better that way as i dont have the hassle of expenditure etc
he has a few ajoining fields and a dried up lake, so there should be plenty of mud to play in!!
ps the lake will fill in the winter, he he

Is that a crane on top?

If so, could you not park the RIB on top, drive it into the sea and use the crane to lift the RIB in over the side.

Funnily enough, we do have a use for one. We live by a river that floods at inconvenient times (and other times too) Could be useful for gettng from the house to the garage to check the RIB's ok

Do you rent it out?
