Dents in Disco

Over the last few months I've managed to aquire several dents in my disco. Whats the best way to bash em' out?
I'm having trouble getting to the back of the pannels to actually get to them. Is it simply a matter of pulling the pannels off (assuming they have some sort of plastic clip type thing to hold them on).

Which panels and what sort of Disco?

Panel beating aluminium is an acquired skill and to be honest if you just bash the back of it with a hammer to try and get the dent out, it is likely to look worse rather than better. No prizes for guessing how I know that

Its a 300 tdi. I have two fairly large (fist size) dents in the pillars to the left and right of the rear door, one on the passenger side rear pannel, and a nice crease in the drivers door where the wind caught the door and ripped the stopper thing off.

Those yellow things look interesting
